As simple as we make the process in getting an ice cream vending machine installed in your business, we also keep it simple to get your questions answered.

Here are answers to some of the more frequently asked questions:

I made a purchase using my credit/debit card but the machine didn't deliver my order, where is my money?

Don’t worry, our ice cream vending machines detect when this happens and automatically provides you a refund. Credit/debit card companies usually place a hold on your refund for 3-5 business days. If you do not see your refund after this period, contact us ASAP!

What should I do if the machine is out of order?

Contact us ASAP! Our technicians are always on the move, ready to head to the machine at a moments notice. Give us a call at (786) 236-6385.

What should I do if the machine takes my money?

Let us know when this happens. We refund you the amount lost as soon as possible.  Call or text us with your contact information, location of the machine, and the amount lost. 

What happens if the power goes out?

To prevent a full meltdown, please give us a call as soon as possible. We will have a service driver look over the machine to make efforts to restore power or empty the machine of its inventory.

Do you speak spanish? Hablan español?

Do we have to sign a contract to work with you?

No, not necessarily. A verbal vending agreement should be sufficient and can be terminated by any party any time with a 30-day notice.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we have been licensed and insured with the state of Florida since 2010.

Do you offer your services outside the South Florida area?

We do not. Our service covers as far south as the upper Keys and as far north as North Palm Beach.

Do your machines accept $5 dollar bills?

Yes, our machines accept $1, $2, $5 dollar bills, coins (including dollar coins), credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (like Apple and Samsung pay).

How do you know when to service a machine?

We monitor our machine sales daily using our live cashless system to track the sales. Service drivers also perform routine visits to assure the machines are running as they should.
